New at this

Well I can now officially say that Andy and I have a blog. What a strange word blog, but my sister used Andy and I as Guinnea pigs to show some teachers how to use blogs and set up a blog for us on www.blogger.com, so this is a good way to tell everyone who cares what is going on in out lives. As you will see Emily put a picture of us fighting evil against inter galactic baddies when we visited California this past March. My sister-in-law Tracy works for Disney and took us on the ride that he built. It has a Toy Story Theme and we were helping Buzz lightyear zap martians. It was a lot of fun and my nephew Evan loves Buzz lightyear. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with this blog thing, it could be kind of fun, now I just need to get my ultra photog of a hubby to get a memory stick for the new digital video camera that also takes stills that he just had to have. Andy is doing well, still shaving his head, what can I say my husband is a bad ass. We are currently in the market for a dog, thinking of a Great Dane, I know their huge and don't live long and have big poop, Oh well, I love them, what can I say. We have been working hard in the garden and Andy is in the process of building a retaining wall for a flower bed, so hopefully that will be done soon so that I can plants more flowers, I must say I am turning into my mothers and getting a little addicted to plants. This year we have put in a vegetable garden, herb garden and redone all the landscaping. The house is finally starting to have our own little touches. We even have veggies growing, tomato's, jalepenos, watermelon and the most pitiful looking corn I have ever seen, I think it will be more of a garnish than a side dish, oh well.
