Views of California

Well I thought I would put some photos from our trip to California on our blog. We were there at the end of April and could of stayed much longer. It was a very relaxing yet busy time. We got the chance to go to Disney and see it through the wonder of our nephew Evan's eyes. He just thought the Dumbo ride and the tea-cups were the coolest thing. Once he found out he could contol the way the ride moved he was all over that. We did get to do something fun and new this year. Andy and I, his mom, his sister Tracy, her husband Ross and Evan all went to Sea World in San Diego. It was a beautiful day and everyone was in good spirits.
Andy got a chance to spend a little more time there than I did as he has more vacation than I, it was nice for him to have time with his family alone.
All in all it was great times had by all, can't wait to go back, especially with the May book in full swing.... See you in June Honey!
Hope all is well.
Love ya!

Happy Spring!

Happy Spring! It was 81 degrees here on Monday, Andy called and wanted to know where his shorts are, after wearing long coats, hats, gloves and scarves, 80 degrees was a very welcome change. I hope you all have a wonderful spring! Remember dance and sing like no one is watching, love like you have never loved before and treat others the way you would want to be treated yourself. We only get one chance at life! So...... LIVE IT UP!!!!!!

I know it has been awhile!

Well as I have been told, it has been quite sometime since I have posted a blog on our site. Sorry, life around here has been kinda boring, yet rather busy. We did in February get a chance to go home to Michigan and go to Andy's cousin Bill's wedding to the lovely Sarah. It was a lot of fun and was nice to be home and be with family. Tracy and Evan were able to come at the last minute, so it was nice to see them as we don't get to see any of the California relatives enough these days. Andy and I decided to bring Kirbe with us and might I say he was a complete pill at my mom's house. He decided to conjur up his inner houdini and figured out a way to escape our of his crate. He decided he was going to eat pretty much all the chocolates I had brought home for my mom for Valentines day and then decided that he was going to get into a few other things. I think I need to write Vera Bradley as my dog is a lover of their make-ups bags, I know what you are thinking and we have thought the same thing. He pulled my makeup bags off the counter atleast 10 times in the course of the weekend and brought them to my mom. He is such a stinker. Speaking of stinker, last week he decided that he was going to take the box of cream of wheat and spill it all over the kitchen, needless to say Freddie and Kirbe decided that they would clean that mess up themselves.

We are very much looking forward to spring, new flowers, new lawn, open windows. We have had a bad bout of cabin fever this year. It is 53 degrees today and I swear when I went to lunch today I had the windows down, the music blaring, I am ready for spring.

Andy had some exciting news. The station won station of the year for photography, it is exciting because this is the second year in a row that KARE has won such a big honor. The guys work really hard and put out some of the best stuff in the biz. As a wife it makes me feel good to see Andy happy about such an accomplishment.

Well I am sorry it has taken so long to blog, I will get better at this as Andy bought me a new digital camera for my birthday.

Take care

Love,

Missi, Andy, Freddie, Kirbe, Belle and little Abbey!
